Many thanks for your kind words in appreciation for my reply ... Thankyou.

I've just heard that the Barely Legal building in soi 6 has a large underwater leakage problem 'somewhere' in the main pipe ... which explains the 20,000 baht water bill for last month and the government is asking for us & other premises soi 6 to undertake restructural repairs.

Personally i'm looking to relocate A.S.A.P to a more modern permises that will accommodate ATS members in better style .... Won't say much more for now. But will confirm location and update you very soon.

Meanwhile Barely Legal soi 6 will operate as normal.

I must be the only one who does not agree with this decision which I believe I articulated to Karl when I explained the situation to him on that night. I thought at least my postion was pretty clear that I did not want her dismissed.

Of course this is Karls bar and he is free to deal with the situation anyway he likes but given I was the one abused I would have though that satisfying me at least would have been of primary concern.

No big deal just my 2 bahts.

When a bar owner comes here and explains in detail what has happened and his actions to remedy it then we sit up and listen. I'll bet this is not the only incident that has involved this girl.

There are more than enough ladyboys to fill her boots and it's more gratifying for a customer to know that these kinds of incidents are unacceptable. I'm sure this sent a pretty clear warning to every girl in the bar, too.

Karl - I will be along to say 'Hello' in July - look forward to meeting you again.

Hi ALL at ATS,

                           Repairs are being undertaken to the Barely Legal building in soi 6 as of today and will be closed until work completed. Hopefully re-opening in the not to distant future.

From the 13th July €™07 I€™ll be available at LITA€™S bar soi BJ Walking street.
Where there€™ll be a welcome home party for myself and ALL ATS members.

Some of the Barely Legal LB's are going freelance up & down soi 6 for the closure period. BUT most will be relocated in a brand new LB bar in Walking Street named LITA'S Bar soi BJ (I'll start a new thread for LITA'S Bar)

Opening this Sunday 1st July '07 from 5pm. Free buffet cheap drinks etc and more importantly several new LB's hopefully not known to many ATS members.

LITA'S Bar has 2 rooms upstairs available for short time and at the rear of the building a smoking room.

LITA€™S Bar is a totally modern concept with dancing podiums. Well worth a visit.

Hi ATS,

            UPDATE: Due to the extent of the repair work required to fix the Barely Legal building soi 6 & the existing term of the current lease ..... Its not financially viable to undertake the work!

The landlord & myself agreed to release the building to someone who was willing to undertake the repair work for another 3 year contract. I'm informed the building will reopen in about 2 months with a 2-3 million baht refurbishment as an agogo.

Fortunately the opening of Lita's Bar soi BJ Walking Street was well timed and is by far a better building & location. ATS members who have already visited Lita's Bar Walking Street have informed me their are more than happy with the new location & facilities

Lita & myself may be found in Lita's Bar soi Bj.

Been reading this thread and all posts with interest - sounds like the individual problem/girl has been dealt with (and yeah I've been through this same kind of shit in the past - and it doesn't matter if the girls from Issan or the planet Zog - RESPECT is the word) and sounds like Karl's a guy with his "rocks on" - hope the relocation and launch at LITA's went well.

Am down in Payttaya 10-12 July so will be sure to show my "white face" and have abeer or several and see what the score is

Went by Barely Legal a couple of nights ago and it was closed - now I know why.

Back in Bangkok for a couple of weeks so it will be a while before I catch up with you at Lita's. Good luck with this new bar, and I hope it works out. Hope some of the girls ( Si ) get over to the new place.

I went past Barely Legal whilst in Pattaya a couple of weeks ago - closed, but I did notice what seemed to be a new LB bar in Soi 6/1 almost opposite the back of Barely Legal. I parked my motor-bike and investigated and with a few seconds of sitting down a femboy was next to me, who I bar-fined. She took me across the Soi and unlocked a gate went inside and up some stairs and I think maybe we used the S/T rooms of Barely Legal.

What can i say

NEW LB Bar does exist & just maybe ..... Only maybe ex-staff working at this new bar had a key But the "Barely Legal" building had nothing inside everything including beds removed by my staff & contractors.

On your next visit you'll notice the "Barely Legal" buliding has been replaced by a lady agogo.

Meanwhile we've relocated at "Lita's Bar" soi BJ Walking Street
