Ok, further to the previous posts, just an update on the opening night at Barely Legal.

Still not sure about the Bar name as all were definitely legal !!!

Got there about 10.00pm and things had quietened down some. Still, the decor, lighting and staff were really hot. Apparently early hours had been really busy but by now it was very comfortable.  Karl was the impecable host and made sure the few customers were made welcome.  

Personally, my fave there is Si ( as spotted by KK in an earlier post )    Busy behind the bar most of the time until I pitched up, this honey was top dollar.
I was a bit disappointed that no other members turned up. Then through the door walked the one and only Kahuna    

Great to see one of the legends pitch up. Yup, he even brought his own goddess. Mate, how do you do it ??? A veritable totty magnet !!

Look forward to more stories when I get back to Bkk.

Good opening night - will deffo add to the scene in Pattaya. Good luck Karl, keep my bottle of Johnnie Daeng for next time.

Ohh, BTW, who was the bloke with the dodgy syrup and winkle pickers ??  Don't think he had quite the svelte comrade approach.

Interesting event there Saturday afternoon last.

Myself and another board member sat with 2 ladies, bought them drinks, had a jolly time going. The mood was good, girls were friendly. I decided mine was doable, although not at that moment, and fellow board member decided the same, except he was ready to pay bar then and there.

So this other LB comes up and starts to give BM shit. Seems he took her the day before and she thinks she's pissed on him, establishing ownership. I'm watching this go down and then she pulls about the worst stunt a LB can pull in a bar without actually becoming violent- she raises her fist over his head in the "I'm about to seriously fuck with you" mode. Lucky that she didn't follow through, as I'm sure fellow BM would have decked her on the spot

Anyway, mood spoiled, barfines canceled, pay bins and leave.

Returned about 4 hours later, in a group of 7 ATS members. We all sit down, order a drink each and summon the owner/manager, Karl. Board member relates the story to him and got what I consider a somewhat lame response, not the comp a drink or comp a barfine or even a personal wai and apology by the girl that I would have expected for such incredibly rude behavior.

Now, I'm not sure what new customer service training Karl is going to provide his girls. Both he and they need to know, unequivocally, that this behavior is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

While I'm usually the one around here who wears rose-colored glasses, I was probably the only one that felt maybe she DID need to be fired on the spot. When a low class Issan cunt thinks she's risen to a position where she can physically threaten a white man because he has chosen some other product that day some quick, decisive action is in order (IMHO). This kind of crap diva attitude spreads like a virus.

Where is Gong when we need him?

I'll be waiting to see the boss' response to this post, to let us know what the follow-up is. Karl, I know you're computer savvy and you read the boards- you even told me on opening day about the "...group coming down from Bangkok...". What did you say to the staff?It's already 1 small strike on your new place.

Interesting to see how this incident works out. Different bar owners have very different ideas on how to do busienss, don't they!

I was the other BM with Socrates that day and I have to say I was a little dissappointed with the end result but decided I would probably just forget about it.

Reading what Socrates had to say above actually made me rethink my position and I tend to agree with him on this.

Just so this is in perspective said girl from the day before got back to my room and first thing she says is "I am tired want to sleep" to which I tell her she has a perfectly good bed in her own room she could use. Then she say "Ok I watch tv" to which I respond by removing the remote from her posession and turning the tv off.

Now normally I have no problem with relaxing a bit first with some tv etc but just her attitude made me think she was not going to perform.

Finally I get her to co-oprate by having a shower and getting her gear off and after 20 minutes of trying to fuck her I give up as she is just not letting me in so to speak.

I tell her she might as well get dressed to which she thinks I am joking. Anyway she finally puts her clothes back on and I give her some money (which she does not deserve). She has the gall to ask me for more money which I politely decline and the she demands taxi money to which I tell her she could catch a taxi to Bangkok with what I gave her.

So next day I am back in the bar and talking to another girl and getting the cold shoulder from the girl above who pretty much ignores me the whole time. Finally I say I will bar fine the girl I am talking to at which point yesterdays girl comes over and stands over me and raises her fist and abuses me.

Well at that point the mood was gone and I decide I would just check bin and leave.

This happened to me one or two time to me in my newbee days..So now most off the times I tell girls before I BF them..I hold there wrists tell them it's same same... NO FUCK NO MONEY ..So they can not argue...

Intersting tale and we shud know about this person b4 another BM makes the same mistake, as this will just put guys off going to this bar for this reason alones & sounds like this particular Lb has a bad attitude problem!!!

Aside from Ozzie's incident & the manner it was handled, what did the "magnificent seven" think of this venue and staff on offer ?

When I visited in April it was transitioning, so was difficult to really assess.

Not sure how Yul Brenner handled his visit to this bar, but having spent the last 4 nights in Guess Bar, 7 guys, any guys let alone ATS members would have been treated like god. I am staggered at the approach of some bar owners - the bar is there to make a profit, by providing services which the customers feel happy to pay for. Its not exactly rocket science, or maybe I am misguided......

I didn't bring her, she was bringing me...That's her bar...she velcroed herself to me earlier in the day and I couldn't get rid of her...Well, actually I didn't nor want to try...Cute and sweet girl...

Good to see you mbkljb...even if for only a short visit...I'm looking forward to hearing your tales...When are your heading back to BKK?
