I said it...and how do I know, because while I was last there in July franck and many staff members confirmed that was the case.
Sex with Kartoon is not on my agenda but I do find her funny as fuck to talk to & heluva nice person with a mad professor type laugh.
Do not know of her current status in the ''bar fine league table'' but I would not mind betting she is still close to or at the top

Re league tables - I do not have a league table on the staff. Maybe it was a ruse on the previous owners behalf to "encourage" you to try her out to see what you were missing!!!

As I have said before "thank God we all like something different or we would all be stirring the same pot" - so to speak.

To Cartoon's defense she is a tonic to talk to and has a dirty laugh (or Pat's Mad Professor analogy). She is incredibly ticklish but, when tickled, you have to watch out for those long legs.

We really like 131 and have never spoken two words to Frank.

When we return to Pattaya, just as it was last time, we will be sharing our time between there and Lita's Bar. Both good, different but good.

We also very much hope 131 is successful, and remains the way it was (atmosphere wise) in September. We had a blast and all the gurls we hung with were fantastic.

On a side note and referring back to con men etc.

We lent money to someone after our first visit Thailand and spending our whole holiday hanging out with the person. Then followed months of friendly correspondance and finally a request for a loan..

When we decided to lend the money, we did so with the full knowledge that we may be being played, and were.

The person was a falang and we have filed it under "surprise surprise"...
