Franck, I hope she is not going to Pratunam Polyclinic to see Dr. Thep - he does the breast implant operations only under local anesthesia! Would highly recommend Soaynam Clinic in Nonthaburi for good care and excellent results.

I'm not allowed to mention the clinic's name but is not Pratunum Clinic.
I only can advance that is the same clinic where Noon made her successful operation.

Good Franck, not naming the clinic is fine, just would have been a horrible thought if Nicky was going to Pratunam Polyclinic, to be awake for breast implants is too terrible to comtemplate!

Just some advice to help her recovery: have her take her pain medicine regularly for the first 2-3 days after surgery. This should keep her pain under good control, reduce her discomfort. It is likely these are NSAID (non-steriodal anti-inflammatory) medicines and can upset her stomach. If possible she should take them with a bit of food. For example if the instructions are every 8 hours as needed for pain, she should take them every 8 hours regularly for the first few days.

If she waits until she has pain before taking her medicines, she will be much more uncomfortable.

I can tell now it was in that clinic - Soaynam.
The implants operation was 100% successful and she'll be back to Pattaya tomorrow.

Passable as a Las Vegas Showgirl perhaps but most Thai GGs dont have big tits . I have nothing against Sili tits but i think they suit some Ladyboys more than others.

Nicky had a nice pair hormone pair anyway which Silicone wont do much to improve on...her previous tits were part of the attraction....
