The only reason is:
Nicky is simply the best of all ladyboys that I ever met ...

Concerning the boobs, is the only way to stop the hormones and respective damages.
So, I have to agree with her willings.
Much worst then that will be in about 5 months when she planned to be 100% lady

she is indeed a sweet LB even I have not met her yet.
