Most average bars (not larger GoGo) are not registered as companies just 'owned' or 'operated' by a foreigner. So in the case of EZY, which is not registerd as a Thai company, the license will need to be in a Thai name.

So an individual foreigner may NOT have a license in their own name.
If he is a registered business, correctly employing the minimum number of Nationals, holding a work permit, then that business may own the license.

i see where you guys are coming from but with EZY it is different. I think Lita can relate to the "girls" much better and she really has extraordinary Madam skills. She gets their physcology more than most and she really seems to care about their lives more than most bar owners. I dont think that Karl or any other guy for that matter can compete with her in gaining the girls' trust and favor.
