I've said it before and will now command you to get your rabies shots before you return to Thailand. Same for the MMA, hepatitis, etc. Maybe even polio. Imagine this. HALF of dogs are rabies positive. In the Philippines almost 330 people die from rabies every year. That's one death each day of the year. Read carefully. Bite to death within 24 hours. Need to check this out carefully. New deadlier strain? Guess I won't pet that nice massage parlor bulldog at the massage parlor across the street from the Caesar's Palace Hotel on Second Pattaya Road.
