My Lb wife does a similar voice using a very rural Filipino accent claiming to be a maid called Imelda.
"Love you sirrrr, you make Imelda pregnant. snort snort, we go to mountainside with burs, and gots and dig-diggy digs"
(thats bears, goats and horses)

Rick was making a joke that since we all prefer lbs here on the forum, we will never have to worry about a phone call claiming that our lb "girlfriend" is pregnant.

We may get calls about sick relative, dead water buffalo, asking for our help, but pregnant - no way!

Clitsuk was adding on that his Filipina lb wife can say say something similar with Filipino slang.
