Interesting, could you tell me short in your own words about this ghost cash, how has it made people alot of profit?

You build traffic gathering websites and send the exit traffic to him through your account. If anyone joins any of his sites you get paid a cut

That sounds interesting, but i guess you need a site of your own then and from which you refer customers to his site. And since my knowledge in building homepages is about zero, that won't work ...
but 25$ for everyone you send to join the site sounds very good, how can that be profitable for him, isnt the monthy fee on most sites like 25$, few bucksmore or less..
