well guys its a studio room, the fornitures are not crapy they are brand ones because i lived there and i liked to have something good.
theres a kitchen (you need to browse the pics)....the price for sqm in the area is 42K baht so SB you can find something for 850K but its half the sqm.
i dont know sunbelt lawyers and i dont represent them...the real estate agency was the nearest where i live and they do their job good enough.
with a taxy you can be in 10 mins at the nearest bts station (near fortune hotel).
there are a lot of malls in the area (bangkapi, ramkamhaeng to say some).
from the mall bangkapi you can take the boat (and that will work even better than the bts).
you can go to pattaya easier... you are 10 mins from the airport.
its true that is not central but thats why you dont pay it 6mil baht.

personally i like the place more than sukumvit...you have no hussle, there are no many farangs and the people are friendly and not pushy at all.
the neighbors belong to the upper middle class and there are few farangs in the condo.
within this year they will activate the shuttle from the suvarnabumi airport and one stop will be in ramkamhaeng.
the area is improving and with the new airport is growing faster.
but i agree with Stogie if you dont plan to live in thailand its better to rent

The only bit that took My fancy was "zillions of ladyboy students",but £30,000 seems a bit rich for a studio apartment & it does say the heating & cooling works well,not the AC is in working order,If it aint real AC,aint no good !
