    Hi everyone
    its more than 8 months now Im trying to sell my condo in BKK, in the ramkamhaeng area.
    when i left thailand i gave the condo to sell through an agency but eventually they didnt go far.
    anyone has suggestions?

    Whats it like? How much are you looking for? and do you have any pics you can post.

    Maybe find a taker or 2 here, or maybe rent it to ex-pats or holidaymakers?

        well its 2mil baht 55sqm at 11th floor fully furnished.
        if you need more info you can look at the ad in sunbeltasia.com, the real estate sec, look for condo ramkammhaeng area (the name of the condo is Korn Condo).
        i use this agency to sell it, but like all the thai they are kinda "mai pen rai".

              You are not trying very hard to sell it... NO links, NO pictures and you can't even be arsed to punctuate your thread title correctly.

              You won't get anyone from here interested unless you are gonna make at least a little effort to actually sell it.

                Fraid Stogie's right.

                People like to look at the pictures and generally can't be bothered to read through the text.
                If they see something that catches their eye in a picture they will be round to view.

                Don't forget to use a wide angle lens to make it look bigger.

                    I note 36K THB / sq m.

                    Buyers pay a lot of attention to that (at least I do).

                    Check if that's average for the area, and that might give you your answer (sorry I didn't do so, but too lazy tonite).

                        Is this a 'condominium' or just a big room?

                        What the fuck is all this "zone" crap? 2,000,000 Baht for a room in the middle of nowhere that doesn't even have a kitchen?

                        I wouldn't give you more than 850,000 for it.

                          from looking at the pics on the advert, it looks like one bed, one bath, and a large living/dining/kitchen area.

                            The advert says zero bedrooms
                            So it is a studio apartment or as we call then in the UK a bedsit  
                            How many minutes would that location be from lower Sukhumvit in a Taxi early hours of the morning ?

                              You wouldn't even bother going there. It's waaaay too far out.

                              Miniburi/Bang Kapi is another world. You may as well go to Pattaya!

                              The upside of that location is that there are zillions of ladyboy students... but a room is certainly NOT worth 2 million baht when you can rent something very much like it for about 7,000 baht a month.

                              Plus you have the hassle of chucking out and replacing all that crappy furniture and that tiny fridge.
