English Man loses 20,000 Baht in cash in Ladyboy Theft case in Central Pattaya.

 In the early hours of Saturday Morning, Mr. Thomas George aged 66 from England made his way to Pattaya Police Station to complain about a theft which had taken place in Soi Diana Inn near the entrance to Soi Beokeow. The man who had been drinking all night was approached by two transsexuals on a motorbike as he walked along the street. They approached Mr. George and in the process €œpicked his pockets€. Nearly 20,000 Baht in cash, a credit card and other personal items were stolen from his pockets. A full description of the two suspects was given to Police and a search is now underway.

Korean Drug User and Uzbekistani Prostitutes arrested by Transnational Crime Suppression Officers.

 A team of officers from the Transnational Crime Suppression Office based at Pattaya Police Station conducted a raid of the Castle Karaoke Bar located in Central Pattaya in the early hours of Sunday Morning based on information received concerning possible drug use at the premise. A Korean National, Mr. Song Soo Kim aged 34 was one of three staff members arrested; however he was the only one to fail a urine test which confirmed the presence of Met-Amphetamine in his system. He was later charged with consuming a class 1 drug and will appear in court shortly. We understand the Karaoke Bar will not be affected by this arrest and will remain open.
In the early hours of Monday Morning, the same team of officers conducted an operation in the Marine Plaza Area in South Pattaya. They were on the hunt for Eastern European Women suspected of working as prostitutes. A total of 5 Uzbekistani Women were arrested along with a Korean man, Mr. Jong San Park aged 36 who was suspected of operating as a Tour Guide. The man did not possess a work permit or a guide license and will be dealt with in accordance with the law along with the Uzbekistani women.

 Whats with all the Pros from Uzbekistan and Russia being in Pattaya

Suspected American Drug Dealer caught by Narcotics Police in South Pattaya.

 Police Lieutenant Colonel Tirawat, Inspector of the Narcotics Suppression Bureau Pattaya Office conducted an operation at an apartment complex on Pattaya Third Road on Tuesday Night after receiving information that an American National was selling class 1 drugs. Using an undercover operative and 4,000 Baht in marked bank notes, 0.6g of Crystal Methamphetamine was allegedly purchased from Mr. Jonathan Paul Kowalski aged 35. He was arrested and found to be in possession of the marked bank notes. He explained that he would sell to foreigners and Thai€™s and would use the profit to purchase drugs for himself. It was also found that he is currently out on bail relating to a further case of selling and possessing class 1 drugs. He is now behind bars once again and will now be facing multiple charges of class 1 drug dealing and possession.
