yes. perfect idea........as a matter of fact, for a few years in a row when I was moving to BKK for the winter I always found a Thai to look for my places and tipped them a few baht.....doesn't have to be a ladyboy but in that area it could be best; in fact try and find someone who lives there already, you could have a place in a day or 3.

1] Not likely for falangs; but the Thai's have short-time hotels also and you may get lucky with one of those.

2] A quick google search brought up the map below....you change at Asok to the MRT from the BTS; from Nana it's 4 stops after you change.

3] The fun is all around you..... it's not like Nana or a bar scene, it's more about ladyboys shopping for clothes and eating food and yakking with one another at the outdoor tables and food stales. Just head over there one night between 2 and 4am or so, all the idea's and suggestions have already been discussed in this thread.

It's 4 th stop from Asoke, there are lot's of places to rent long/short time from cheep dives to 5 star places. The best place to fish, or at least it was when i was up ther, was the outdoor coffee shop next to the small (also outdoor) temple, every body and there dog passes there from around 2 - 5 p.m. If you're a genuine nighthawk then anywhere between Nana/Pong
shutdown time untill the sun comes up, the traders on road at the end of my soi didn't even start setting up there stalls till around midnight. The place i stayed was Galleria Mansion, they did rooms from 7 through to 20 k a month. Terrific neighbourhood, unless you're in to supermarkets, thanks Kahuna.

There are lots of ST Love Hotels hotels nearby, I just don't know where....but they are there.

Remember lads, this area borders Ratchada Road, which is the long-ass street heading away from Asok at Sukhimvit; it's absolutely filled with those fishbowl-style  whorehouses which the Thai's use to have their flings, and the occasional falang or 2 as well.  Probably a couple dozen of those places line Ratchada on both sides for a few miles, so there has GOT to be a few short-time places nearby.

 Also remember that if you meet an LB in Huay Kwang she most likely lives there;  just pay 100 baht for her roommate to sit around eating frog soup and gossiping with her buddies while you go back to use their room to fuck, shouldn't be a problem.

      This place really rocked when Bali Seafood was open a few years back;  Bali was open every night from about 1am to sunrise and was close to Hollywood Disco and all the other bars on Soi 4 Ratchada; when those places emptied out at 2am Bali was packed with young Thai's, so being the only falangs was always cool and good for several hundred stares over a few hours.

      HK is right near there and is still a hot spot, between about 2 and 5 just walk around and check it all out.

Quite right. Where there's a will there's a way. Finding a place to fuck in BKK has never been a problem. Her place, friend's place, ST hotel...she will have an answer for you..

She will even show you the ST hotels near the cinemas..as Snick will tell you  

If you don't want to live in HK, Ratchada is just around the corner and a good 2nd bet...you have Tesco, Carrefour and the other big supermarkets for your comfort, appartments are reasonably priced, not too far from Nana...what's not to like ?

Jai Dee, "young persons scene" !!! come on buddy, i'm sixty plus and i didn't have any problems giving my money away.

Also, once you've got to grips with H.K. why not take the tube up to Lad Phrae, now that is a challenge. I would go as far as to say it's got more grade one l/bs than any other district in BKK, however it helps if you speak Thai, if not you'll need to go with a local, at least to gain entrance to some of the clubs, otherwise make the trip and just check out the staff as you criise the department stores in the neighbourhood .

Will make it a point to stay in Huay Khwang for 2 weeks. Can anyone give me 3 escort friendly hotel suggestions. I will pay a little more for a nicer place. I want to be to close to an MRT station and close to the pretty LBs so I can socialize with them, wine and dine them, and everything else afterwards. Would be good to get a change of atmosphere in Bangkok. WOW! What an exciting city. Would be fun to upgrade a 5-star hotel one of these visits.

I would think twice about staying up there if you are only in town for a short time.
These guys are veterans that are living in this area for extended periods of time where they get to know the neighbourhood and the places to go.
This is up Ratchadaphisek Road where mainly Thais live. There is a number of large shopping malls along this road and you are close to the Chatuchak Market. However nobody speaks english and there is not much that caters to Falangs.
My GF live up there and i had a hard time communicating without her in shops and restaurants. Many taxi drivers cannot even read Thai, much less speak English. There is areas with restaurants and markets but this road has alot of big building and areas with no real sociable locations.

There is one are along Ratchada Road where most of the young Thais go to party if you go there later on in the evening it is quite busy and the action stays going late into the night. This is where you can find groups of ladyboys out to party or eat. There is also similar places around like these guys are talking about where ladyboys go to eat and shop late. There used to be a night market up there off Ratchada that was open until 8am. There was shopping, restaurants, hair/nail salons and a late night plastic surgery clinic. There used to be tons of ladyboys here if you went after the bars closed in Nana. This one is is closed but now days there is probably others like it, this might even be the same place these guys speak of.

Probably your best bet is to head up there and check it out some night with a wingman or companion. If you ask a ladyboy to take you there I'm sure they will and then they will take you right where you need to go. The other thing is these ladyboys will not be coming and hitting on you, they most likely will be in groups, often eating. You would have to be actively hitting on them and approaching their tables or groups. Of course you should be able to get a look or smile to know if it is worth a try.

As they say if you do find a date they would know where to go for a room.
Very easy to go to their place in Thailand, most girls seem to welcome it.

There is many great cheap condos to rent by the month in this area and if were planning to live in Bangkok long time it is not a bad area for the price. Just very few falangs.

However there is lots of large and cheap hotels along Ratchada(phisek) road.
Just search for the Ratchadaphisek area.

I remember driving by the Swissotel Le Concorde which is a 5 star hotel many times.

There is quite a number of big Thai massage parlours and cat houses in the area but they seem to have alot of their own rooms. These are places mostly Thais go and I do not know if they have ladyboys on staff or not.
That being said the hotels nearby may get some escort type business but most likely they are not really expecting that type of customer generally. So chances are if you bring in a date they won't even be watching or expecting to take ID. So you probably wouldn't have much problem if you are discreet. Plus if you stay in this area you should be more discreet and prudent like most Thais really are.

If you want a good 5 star hotel, I would recommend the Terminal 21, it's connected to everything and ladyboy friendly.

When I do some searching I see the the Cosmetic Surgery shop I was think of was called Poonnapat Clinic.
It apparently has been shut down by police but this was the center of the night market at that time.

I see on Google maps there is a Huay Kwang Night market so maybe there is still a night market in this area.
This is where a lot of ladyboys live and would be the prime area. It still is probably worth a check later at night.

As you can see that clinic was open from 7pm to 4am. Perfect for ladyboys.
