Where do expats go on holiday?

I go home to the UK about twice a year and have started going to more imaginative places than just Cambodia in between UK jaunts.

Having to leave every 90 days forces me to go somewhere... taking the missus makes it fun to do.

Joking aside: I used to go to Europe every year and once every three years with the family. Crisis has forced me to cut the travel budget but we do go on short hoildays  within or around Thailand. Over Christmas Cambodia (Sihanoukville, Kampot, Kep - Seam Reap (Angkor Wat) next time). Chiang Mai and Pai in Nothern Thailand just after Songkran, possibly Isaan and Laos (Pakse) in October and Malaysia in December.

Business forces me down to Bangkok and Phuket once in a while...
