  • Master Bator Milestones

To celebrate my 500th post on this Forum I thought it might be appropriate to also celebrate 25 years of living in Asia.

So I have taken this opportunity to open a new thread.

The fist half of those 25 years I was living in Singapore and Malaysia,
The second half was €œgoing back to my roots€ , albeit in Thailand.
The time in between was spent studying and working in Europe.

First picture shows me and my little sister on my third (and her second) visit to Bangkok in 1967.

And yes, at that time I had already mastered the fine art of masturbation.

My first visit was actually in 1957 as a three year old (do your math guys) but I€™ve not been able to dig up a picture from that time.

Second and third were taken from my room in the Siam Bayview hotel (one of the first luxury hotels) during my first reconnaissance visit to Pattaya in 1987. One is southward and the other northward. Compare that to your view nowadays from the PBR (Pattaya Bay Resort).

Next picture: the Master himself on a jet ski.

And yes, I did become the victim of the fine art of Thai scamming!
€œYou make accident!€  Had to pay 500 baht before they returned my camera.

PS: did you notice that little scratch on the front? No? Well the operator did!

This by the way would never have happened to me in Malaysia.

And yes at that time I had already mastered the art of whore mongering...

The polaroids    I had were thrown out by my Thai girlfriend when she moved in with me.

        Hi mate,

The photos of old Pattaya are priceless, and I have to say it has not improved for the better. It reminds me of Noosa (Hasting street) back in the old days... Green and serene.

Like you I grew up in Malaysia and Singapore...Went to ISKL and SIS. Ah the good old days....

Great subject for a thread, may it stay on topic and un-molested.

          (f0xxee @ Jul. 08 2009,14:59) Hi mate,
Like you I grew up in Malaysia and Singapore...Went to ISKL and SIS. Ah the good old days....

Great subject for a thread, may it stay on topic and un-molested.

I only went to Alice Smith Primary School.
My younger sister did go to Garden School and ISKL. She was born in 1960.
You might know her. But let's continue through PM otherwise we might expose our secret indentity. That last pic is already a bit risky as I have not changed that much over the years (bald at 30 already...).

And to stay on topic: so you also must have been fascinated at a young age already by those ladyboys on Batu Road ( Jalan Tungku Abdul Rahman)?
Now I understand why you are here....

(Stogie @ Jul. 08 2009,15:29) Great thread. (And it will remain on topic!)

                Look forward  to this one...
I will try to continue asap. These pictures were easy to find as they were in albums. For the others I will have to find that box first and go through it.
This will also be a good opportunity to sort them out and scan some of them for my offspring.
And it will bring back some fond memories....

Hi MB: "The Garden School"! Jesus that just dredged up some memories.

Your sister is the same vintage as my sister who went there. I'll ask my sister if she met any girls with brothers who were on the turn...

THe first ladyboy I ever saw was down in the Indian part of KL... (I was 8 and dont rember location names) and I remember mum shoo-ing away this nice "girl" who was very interested in me... Bad luck Mum. The spell was cast.

I also remember seeing my first Billy Boy walking out of the Cockpit hotel (Name noted) in Singapore when I was 11. She had a tiny little mini-skirt and what must have been early model silicone. My first unwanted woody!

It wasn't until years later I realised that she of the cockpit and the girl in the Sari were ladyboys, yet even themn I was attracted.

Perhaps its not learned behaviour but inate.

Good to re-visit these more innocent times.

If she was one my sisters classmates I most likely had at least my hand in her panties.
Good to re-visit these more innocent times.
Perhaps innocent for you but cetainly not for me.
I suppose your sister is older than you?

Man, those were my wildest days. I was already in college and came out to Malaysia for summer holidays. I would hang out with my sisters friends who would all look up to me. In addition all the boarding school girls would come out as well. What a ball! I was dating 2 or 3 girls at a time.

If there wouldn't be a party going on somewhere (even on a boat once) we would all meet at the Arata Stalls on Ampang road for sweet sour pork and Anchor beers or at the stalls at Bukit Bintang for sateh (meat skewers) and  Anchor beers.

Next we would head to the Tin Mine discotheque (later Juliana's) at the KL Hillton where we would try to stay as long as possible on the one free drink (gin tonic) that you got free after paying the exorbitant entrance fee. The fact that most of the girls were under 18 made no difference as the staff also liked to eye some white meat.
Once the club closed or we were requested to leave (rowdy or indecent behaviour) we had more beers at the 24 hour coffeeshop of the Equatorial hotel.

Before muslim fundamentalism went on the rise the place was a lot of fun!
But around the mid 80's I started to  spend a larger part of my holidays in Thailand.

Yes quite a few of them were Tamils and they looked very seductive indeed

I also remember seeing my first Billy Boy walking out of the Cockpit hotel (Name noted) in Singapore when I was 11. My first unwanted woodyIt wasn't until years later I realised that she of the cockpit and the girl in the Sari were ladyboys, yet even then I was attracted. !
I was just a bit older when I saw one like you described   early morning waiting for a taxi at the PJ Hilton. She's still somewhere in the back of my head (or deep in my balls!).

Later when sis and I were in our teens, whenever we had visitors we would go to the Chinese night market on Petaling Street. One night dad decided he should show us a some other attractions. We drove through (what we post colonials still call) Batu Road. Ladyboys would always be posting around the old Colliseum Hotel. Mum, who was rather naieve did not believe they were "cocks in frocks" so dad drove another round to prove his point. He rolled down the window and we heard a dark husky voice saying "hello darling". Not only that. The vamp actually grabbed dad's crotch!

Embarassed he quickly rolled the window up, sped off and drove through the red light. So he had to roll the window down again.  Another hand made its way towards dad's groin. This time it was a policeman grabbing a fistfull of Malaysian dollars (Ringgit nowadays)....

Looking back my dad was actually quite a cool guy. He will be featured in the next episode as well.

So yes indeed , it must be hereditary.

(seanbeag7 @ Jul. 08 2009,15:48) Well i must say you are a handsum young man
Thanks! It's only been the last decade that the girls have been calling me that (or better even: sexy man).

Before that it was "hua laahn" (baldy). Although quite fluent in Malay at that time I didn't understand a word of thai and was thinking : how the hell do they know I'm from Holland!

In those days we were paying a puple one for L/T which would be 20 Euro  in those days. Nowadays 20 Euro equals 1000 baht. Taking inflation into account I'm not paying much more than that these days.

The myth that young lads get it cheaper than us oldhands is busted!

                                '76 in Chiang Mai a ST was 40 baht & LT - 80 baht...

But back then I was a hansum man, I mean, there was some substance to their allegation...
Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.
