What are the Songkran Dates 2009

I've read online it's starts on the 11th and the 13th.

Anyone know the actual dates?
I'm hoping it's later in the month and I miss it as I may be there during the Easter weekend.

It varies from city to city...

Songkran will probably fall on the 13-15 April. The idiotic water throwing antics will last many days over this period probably from the 11th to 16th. In Pattaya the so called holiday is a lot longer. (Dates to be confirmed...)

In Pattaya the height of the madness is often the 19th.

If you will be throwing water all week long it might be fun for you.

If you're only on the receiving end, one day is enough.

Its always 13-15 in Bangkok. The 'official' day in Pattaya in 19th, but it really lasts from 13-20
Chiang Mai does start earlier, not sure of those dates (but probably the same as 2008).

Its lots of fun, and we are planning on secretly raiding Stogies house on the 13th
