ISP's in Thailand

My building uses SmartZone and I have just been informed by their tech support after failing to connect to any peers in a large swarm that bittorrent traffic is blocked!

Is there a way to get around this or can people recommend an ISP that does not block bittorrent traffic and gives good speeds in Bangkok?

I never heard of SmartZone.

Do you have a private line or does your phone connection go through the apartment building?

Get your own private line (expensive) and sign up to TRUE or DTAC.

Even if you DO pay the apartment for the privilege of owning your own line it's unlikely that it'll be very fast because of age, wiring and connections, etc.

Hutch is a SIM alternative.
