You need to start by first getting a valid Thai visa to allow you to work here in the land of the grass is not really greener...or a fake Thai ID...

The fake Thai ID is probably easier to get...although illegal as hell...

ic..but from wad i know here is Malaysia dun hav to apply Visa if they are going to Thailand for travelling..but i'm not sure about working purposes..even if i got ID,,i still need someone out there to help me intoduce work to me,right...i'm juz like u guys, love Thailand so much,,this country is so great..

Good luck finding a job here legally.

Unless you have skills that are required here, finding a job that offers a WP which allows you to work and stay legally is difficult. You will require at least a university degree and relevant work experience.
The exception will be as an english teacher and singer.
Finding a job at a bar as a waitress will be difficult, why should they hire you when they can get a thai for B7000 a month.
Being a teacher will be difficult as well as while being a LB is accepted, it doesnt mean its tolerated.
You'll need a degree of course but most school will not hire as they want to look professional and will not want a LB on staff teaching the kiddies.
Options would be to come on a 30day visa on entry and to see for yourself the situation. After that you can always apply for a 90day visa and go from there.

Those are the legal options...oops another is to marry someone with residency stautus in Thailand and have him bring you over.

you can work illegaly as many do but they are getting paid less than a thai which is near to nothing.
