never seen the place, but the location doesn't completely suck (although that side of pattaya south and 2nd road has been described to me as 'gay-boyz town'), the pictures look okay and the monthly rate is promising, so if i can survive a songkran barrage along the way, i'll try to wander by there before i leave pattaya and see for myself. if i do, i'll post a word or two.
