It could partly have to do with some ladyboys command more money & they don't want to be dragged down by other ladyboys in their bar going for $1000 or less. Maybe top girls would go work at another bar or something. Sometimes they ask for less because they need some quick cash. On the other hand it could stop customers from being gouged and complaining to the bar. There is alway guys that will have no idea what to pay in Thailand.

I am agree your viewpoint.all-inclusive is the best comfortable for a man.and tip should be a reward for careful service.

There is no dedicated ladyboy massage places anymore and you are unlikely to find a ladyboy in a massage place near Soi 22. If you do find a ladyboy at a massage place you probably wouldn't be able to get topped as you will just be behind a curtain only a meter away from other customers. At best you could get a happy ending or blowjob.

If you are able to go to a massage place you should be able to sneak off to a bar that has ladyboys. Maybe not Nana or Soi Cowboy but an out of the way bar should be the same as a ladyboy massage place.
If you look at this ladyboy bar map there is How Come bar by Pook that has ladyboys on staff. Likely they have short time rooms where you can take a ladyoby to get topped. This is not a dedicated ladyboy bar so not guarateed to have tops if only one or two ladyboy are on staff.

Your best bet would be just to go up to Check in bar on Soi 10 and choose a top ladyboy there and then rent a short time room in the bar. The sign there is says bar and restaurant so it's not advertised as a ladyboy bar. I think they open at 4pm.
Otherwise check out Why Not bar or Chaos 9 bar or any of the other lounge style bars away from Nana or Soi Cowboy.

Your last option is contact a ladyboy and take her to a short time rooms. There is short time rooms all over you can rent for an hour or two, a ladyboy probably knows one to take you to.

As previously mentioned on this thread, if during the day there is sometimes ladyobys on Sukhumvit Soi 7. This is a small dead end street with a few bars and massage places and you may find ladyboys hanging around the one I found was in front of a bar called Ynot Bar. Not be confused with Why Not Bar on Soi 4.
There is often ladyboys during the day working on Sukumvit between Soi Nana and about Soi 19. They are sometimes in coffee shops or walking or hanging on the street usually on the side opposite Nana Plaza side of the street from Nana Plaza.

Why Not Bar on Soi 4 claims to never close and if you go there and it seems closed, just knock. I believe there is always some ladyboys in side 24 hours. I have gone there at 5am and knocked and there was ladboys inside one time. They have short time rooms inside.
Just because it is a bar doesn't mean you have to have a drink or hang out. You can choose a ladyboy and go to a room.
