I can't say what bars are open right now but inside and around Nana Plaza on Soi 4 there is usually more available ladyboys thany anywhere else in Thailand.
In general you can find ladyboys all over the Nana area in bars or working on the street.

As far as massage goes there is countless places to go in that area, I can't say which ones are still open and who works at them right now.
I don't like paying for shitty massage just to get a mediocre hand job at the end. Usually I try to find the best massage place with the best actual massueses.
Sometimes you have to try a few to get the massage but once I find a good person that does great massage, I will keep going back.

I always turn down happy endings at massage since you can get better sex with hotter girls and ladyboys elsewhere.
Usually happy endings are over priced anyway.

If the ladyboys are working in a massage parlour rather than a ladyboy bar then there must be a reason.

If you are actually looking for sex then get a ladyboy from a bar such as in Nana. Then take them to a short time room.
Getting massage from a sex worker can be disappointing.

In Soi 7/1, the first bar/massage venue on the right (Wii bar?) has a couple of ladyboys working there. Pretty agressive, they will approach you already outside, so for sure you can find anything you want there. I spend some time there in April last year, with ladyboy named Cream. My last trip I was a walking down Soi 7-1. I avoided being harassed too much but didn't realize it was a dead end alley, so I had to walk back through the gaunlet and got stop by this ladyboy Pimm. She talked me into a massage which turned into mutual oral. She came twice as it was her birthday.

The last time I spoke to Pimm was back in 2022. Before that time, she used to work at CIB, but had moved as hostess to the place called Meeting bar nowadays. it's the last bar on the right hand side in Soi 7/1. It's a mixed bar, where they have ladyboys on staff, but also some genuine girls.

Actually, prices at ladyboy lounge bars are almost equal (Cindy's, Chaos9 and Why Not), with CIB a little higher.

But prices at Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy have really sky-rocketed. At these places you should be surprised with LD 200 THB, barfine of 1000 THB and a minimal fee for the girl of 3000/4000 THB! And they don't even all have ST rooms on the premises !

No, the fee is just for the girl. The bar gets the barfine and the better part of the ladydrinks. But seems like girls at NEP have agreed is a certain way to not accept offers below 3K for short time. But, by coincidence I heard from a friend that yesterday a girl at B52 came down to 2500THB rather quickly. But then again, he's a very hansum man
