The quote above does not make much sense to me, but it is not my business.
I hope all goes well, I think staying in the same premises is a good idea, enlarging is also a plus, especially if there are a few quiet corners.
I just hope there is no confusion over what the bar does or is. And by that I do not mean the customers.

Am very impressed with that mardhi, it looks like its going to be great, and I agree with you on losing out on revenue from guys going to other bars to play pool with jays staff, bought a pool table years ago for my house, Irish/UK standard size table for 900euro which is about 40000baht, and I would expect it to be cheaper in thailand for one, so the pool tables should pay for themselves within 6 to 8 weeks with extra drink revenue
