Looks like the thread has moved on as nobody else seems to have ever had such an issue as you describe   

As to the OP - I suspect this is a case of the best slipping a little bit - something that can and does happen all the time. The key is too keep control and get things back on course. Sounds like that has already happened from the comments of real visitors over the last few days.

Sometimes you gotta let go and move on.

Mardhi I respect your role as damage control for Guess Bar/Jay and quite frankly I have moved on. I moved accross the road to Nana Plaza and then I took outside ladyboys (not my ex-gf) to other establishments. I wasn't the original post and only made a comment about my experience which no matter how much you try to change the context didn't change what actually happened.

Several others here have commented on several different experiences (negative and positive) and it sounds like you took them on board and spoke to the boss about it. I sincerely hope the attititute does change for the positive, and they do treat regulars and forum guys well in the future. Its a nice place to meet, and we all have choices where we go and spend our money. Many recommendations are made here, and I'm not the only one who recommends not bringing in an outside ladyboy. Its not as isolated as you suggest, and we even had a an outside lb who mentioned she didn't get a very warm reception during her visit with boyfriend.

I went to Guess Bar 5 times in my last trip. I brought my gf with out incidence 3 out of 4 of those. In fact you had your little talk with "the Boss" and it was apparent she spoke with staff, because they were noticebly more attentive , flirtatouis and caring. That doesn't change the fact that when my gf showed up, she later was insulted by the boss, refferrred to as madame by some staff and asked by one staff "how much your uncle pay you"

If you want to sugar coat it in another context, or defend your gf thats fine I get it, and its all good. however it doesnt change my personal experience I had on that given night with bringing an outside ladyboy to GB. I'm back in Australia now, and wont be back to LOS for quite awhile. When I do come back to BKK I hope forum guys still have an option of going to GB to meet. I also hope the culture that TTChang and many others spoke about has changed for the positive.

And finally I was called a thread jacker for making a positive comment about two Guess girls, Eye and Eats specifically. I'm sure farangbah was kidding (he just likes saying threadjacking) as he was more guilty of this than me, so I wouldn't take that so serious Mardhi.

I will always go back in guess bar, still like the place, I go to meet the other BM's not the girls.
If the girls talk then all the better, if they dont, then I wont buy them a drink, up to them LOL
I know if Jay had been in the bar She would have spoken to Mary, as they got on well on Marys first trip to LOS.

Was at the Guess Bar just before Songkron this year and played a nice round robin of pool with Vivian, Gate, and a friend.  Everyone was super nice.  There were many more beuaties than time allowed to meet and the general atmosphere was positive, despite all the political problems in the paper and on the news.

Vivian had a cool dark hair style and looked fantastic.    Top was prancing around literally changing her top every few minutes.    The evening was a great respite from the heat and hectic of BKK politics that put a damper on Songkron.

BTW - Anyone have a chance to catch some snaps of Vivian and/or Top in April?    I forgot my camera that night and although the memory remains, I would love some new visual cues of these two cuties in there current styles.

spent a hour in the bar this week and enjoyed it. despite getting far too much information from some of the girls and knowing some jungle drums were beating as i was there it was and still is a great place to spend time.

Now able to pick and choose I was close to bar fining Gate, thought she was well sexy.

Left empty handed and went back to Obsession and went ST with Cartoon, a stunner, and a Catherine zeta Jones lookalike, in fact better. despite being over my 50 kilo limit .

Afterwards I hung about for a hour whilst Nana closed hoping to pick up some druggie in need of a quick 500 for her fix , but as I said the drums had been beating and certain people were laying low and off the radar.

Until my phone rang . . . .
