Lan Kwai Fong is a good spot, a bunch of pubs. Go early for Happy Hour prices.
Buy the girls a book on Hong Kong that is written in Thai. There is a good Thai restaurant near The Wanch, and another one near Stanley Market.
I took a Thai girl there once and we had a blast. Only thing she did not like was the food. It was amazing to see her transform from a confident Thai girl to a curious, unsure and anxious Thai girl the moment the plane landed. She really liked the Star Ferry crossing from Kowloon to Central, as well as the #6 bus to Stanley Market, great views. Sit on the top in the front.
Get Octopus Cards for riding the buses and subways. One per person. You pay a LOT less if you use them instead of cash. The savings is significant, especially the buses. You can get them at a subway station.
There are other ways to the airport besides the Airport Express high-speed rail (which costs a fortune). There is an airport bus that is much cheaper but takes a little longer. It loads up near the Shamrock Hotel, I think. One advantage of the Airport Express is that you can get your boarding passes in the morning and give them your baggage, then take the train later at night to make your flight, no hauling of baggage around.
