here are some more photos using cokin filters. the fist is using sunset 1 filter with white balance set to incandescent +3 got some amazing results

this one using graduated tobacco(good for skin tones) but also good for sun sets as i discovered

i am waiting on a graduated blue that i ordered, and cant wait to get out again and do some more experimenting with the new cokin system

just experimental torurot. with the comdo,of sunset and incandescent i got some great colours without them being too blue

Honestly..have been busy painting in these last couple of month and photography has taken a step (or two) back. Then I was away for almost 4 weeks as went to visit my dad who has a terminal illness...and this saturday will travel again and be around for mpore than 2 weeks.
Then the crisis pinching my wallet too
Ultimately will buy something..haven't decided yet if stay on the DX size or taking advantage of "becoming oldish" full frame models like the Canon 5D and start with the FX size where I 've a grip about what a lens can do...
