Nah, mate, there's no doubt that they're right. Plasma provides more deeply saturated colors as a general matter and a significantly more dense rendering of blacks than an LCD. The difference in picture quality might not be all that noticeable to you in small sizes, but get up about 40" and overr and you really can't miss it.(ozzie @ Nov. 19 2006,16:35)Not sure how you figure plasma is better quality than LCD.
