I don't see a problem with anal intercourse with a condom - rimming, yes, could be a problem. But (butt!) otherwise, if you and she want it that way (i.e. anal sex with condom), why not?!

Torurot - thanks for the clarification. I admit my original response was not clear. What I meant was that regardless of how 'clean' your/her butt is, no way without a condom, and thus rimming also questionable without condom/dental dam. I see no way all bacteria could be removed through any anal cleansing method, especially when there is bound to be a period between cleansing and intercourse/rimming when the remaining bacteria will surely multiply very quickly. But just my opinion, not that of a medical specialist.

It's not a matter of STD's it's just not very nice when you get shit on your dick. If your as clean as possible it will make it more enjoyable for both parties. You should still use a condom.

When I started this topic I thought there might be some technique that did not require "specialist equipment" as mentioned by Stoogie........such as somehow using that hose attached to the toilet......

I question whether or not a vaginal douche may have additives or medicine that might be appropriate for a "vaginal douche" but might be harmful if used as an "anal enema". I have a tool made especially for enemas (with a short nozzel) that also has a long nozzel for the upper colon. It has a bulb that holds water. With the longer nozzel in place, you squeeze the bulb and the water enters the colon. When you release the bulb the water and waste returns into the bulb and then you remove the nozzel and squeeze the waste into the toilet.
