if the Thais shoot water up their arses to clean themselves thats fine but the bacteria in the water from the tap could give you a nice infection. Bottled water is the way to go! I had a colonic irrigation last time i was in bangkok and it was the strangest thing i have every experienced. Felt like i was going to explode but after felt better with higher energy levels. Cost around 10,000 baht so its not cheap to clean your arse.

A Colonic irrigation in Australia would normally set you back between $60-$80 AUD, which equates to around 1800 - 2400 Baht.

10,000 Baht seems excessive, particularly for Thailand.

I spent a few days at the Sanctuary, it's a place to get away from it all, you can get there by longtail boat or a two hire hike thrioough the jungle from Had Rin.

I'd did not idulge in the irrigation, but a cool place with lots of Eurobabes in their early thirties.

It is ... you can get them in Phuket for around $1000 I know.  It's an interesting system ... no motorized pumps ... rather you have a hand pump, and two anal cleansing clients share a tank (the buddy system)
