It's a fair line of concern. I'd surmise greatest bareback oral risks: herpes and hepatitis. Get a Hep B vaccine, low hanging fruit. If you get a fever weeks after returning home get tested for syphilis--docs struggle diagnosing that and that one can really do some damage untreated.
