I can see my team Man United only getting better next season now the likes of Anderson and Nani have had a season under their belts and I've no doubt there is a "top class" striker on his way to Old Trafford
It would not surprise me if the positions ended the same as last seasonYour got yer Mother in a whirl

(katoeylover @ Jul. 03 2008,05:04) I can see Arsenal being very good next season - the threat to Fergie's boys in the premiership
Speaking through my blue tinted glasses I must say calls for our 4th position are a bit premature. Considering the year we sacked arguably one of the world's best managers, replaced him with a mate of the owner yet still only lost the league to a 92nd minute Hesky goal and final draw I don't think we were that bad. We also lost the champions league because John Terry's slipped. United worthy winners both times but it was a lot closer than some are willing to admit.
I think this year the determining factor will be as it always is injuries and squad size. I have it from a good source Lampard is going. Good luck to him. He's been a great player for the club and wish him well.
Ronaldo if he goes will be a significant loss, and if he stays will only be a distaction to the other players. United would do well to get rid and tell him to fuck off. The way he's treated Fergie is a sad inditment on today's player power.
Liverpool may lose Alonso who has been very steady for them over the years. Barry looks good but I sometimes wonder about players who look good with average players around them, but put them in a team full of class they go missing. SWP and Scott Parker are two great examples.
Arsenal look like losing Helb and Flamini and Adebeyor is acting a right cunt. In the papers today saying it's up to Arsenal to show me they love me. Fuck him. I reckon Arsenal would should get rid as well. Who was he 2 years ago when he couldn't hit the side of a barn door.
Man City are a dark horse with big investment and a steady coach. Will depend if Hughes is given time or you know who wants results right away.
Either way looking forward to it being a bit more "dramatic" this year with Scolari in the mix.
My prediction
1 Chelsea
2 Man United
3. Liverpool
4. ArsenalBeer Baron

Man United could have put the Champion's League Final "to bed" by Half Time but "Didn't"
Chelsea were the better team in the second half and extra time but "didn't" take their chance
John Terry could have won it for Chelsea but "didn't"
Man United "scored" more penalties than Chelsea "end of story"
More "Bottle" and "Flair" maybe at the end of the dayYour got yer Mother in a whirl

Calm down Dave. I wasn't even trying to wind anyone up, I stated Man United were worthy winners both times. Incidently would love to know your feelings re the C. Ronaldo / Real Madrid story.Beer Baron
