I wonder if Liverpool would have won something this season if they were allowed to sign Heinze

Personally, I reckon United would be prudent to cash in on Ronaldo in about another 12-24 months.
Andersson and Nani are starting to look exciting players and they won't be happy with consistently starting on the bench for much longer.
Ronaldo's penalty miss in the Champions League final shows he is only human and Fergie has a habit of, off loading his least expendable players;David Beckham, Japp Stam, Rudd Van Nistelroy and Paul Ince being prime examples once a situation becomes untenable.
