Just measured myself (OK- I was curious!!!) I'm 2 feet from pelvis to clavs- no way is this real, you'd have to slide your intestines down it like a sausage skin (and No- I'm not THAT curiuos!!).

Of the two links Teerak posted the second one is definately real - it's been around for years.
Look at the attached diagram which is looking from the front.
The lower intestine is about 1.5 metres (5 feet) long to the appendix - depending on your size, age and layout.
The rectum - the bit just inside the anus - goes up rougly to where your navel (belly button) is. (About 18cm - 7 inches)
It then makes a sharp right turn and a slow curve up towards your diaphram - which is rougly at the underside of your ribcage. (About 40cm - 16 inches)
It then makes a left and passes under the stomach.
Getting the dildo round the first right hand bend would be the problem - for some people it's easy - just like swallowing a sword!

Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care! But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.
