There is truly nothing like left over pasta for breakfast. I was taught by an Italian chef to mix in 3 beaten eggs into the (left-over) pasta dish and fry it like an omelette in a fry pan with olive oil. You cook it the same way as you would cook an omelette. Once hard on one side you flip it (kinda like a LB) and then do the other side.
It is absolutely yummy (again, kinda like a LB) :-)
