A london minute is 60 seconds.

A bangkok minute is 45 minutes.

It all starts today;  6 weeks of purity, cleansing and some serious interaction with the inner self and the wider universe as a whole.

One week of self-imposed exile at a private lakehouse in northern New England to start;  no WIFI, no alcohol, sex or drugs of any kind, prescriptions included;  good food, reading and swimming only, along with lots of contemplation and meditation and starting to prepare for the big trip.

     Following this week up with 4 weeks in the rain forest of northeast Peru, secluded in a small single bungalow at Percy Garcia's Ayahuasca retreat; one full month of {literal} gut-wrenching ceremonies with he and his helpers and other campers, 12 sessions all told. No electricity or internet or phone contact, only  water and with bland porridge, fish and rice 3 times per day as the only nourishment;   3 miles from the nearest road and 50 miles from any sizable settlement, this is another chance to cleanse the body, soul and mind from any impurities and same as in 2008 I am looking forward to it greatly, but with a combined mixture of fear and excitement.  This stuff is no joke, fella's; but sometimes we need to dedicate ourselves to a program like this to rid the body and mind of the toxins and crap and self-defeating patterns we all build up in our day-to-day western lives.

               If I survive all of that I will finish up on the other side and have another week of recovery and returning to normalcy, and then off to Canada for 3 months in late summer and fall, where I will pick up this nonsense from there. Cheers gang, Guy will do his best to make sure this room stays completely meaningless!!

I will, the week on this gorgeous lake 3 hours from my home will be a great start also.

No Internet or TV and I am 100% sure my cell phone won't work there; do I care? NOPE!!!
