damn it, the problem is that when I get a GREAT nights sleep as I did on monday night I am doomed to have a crappy toss-and -turn sleep the next time, never fails......last night was 3 or 4 hours max, rolling around contemplating bills and trying to force myself to sleep, which never works.

I need to sleep 8 hours every night, non-stop, but can't get in rhythm!
