I like it, but I haven't ever had any with corn and bell pepper and I lived in Mexico for years!

Personally I like it with beans and pepper but without the corn.

Just like I don't like carrots mixed in with mashed potatoes, corned beef/ gravy..

Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care!  But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.

I live in southern California, so Mexican food is pretty much just food here. It's what we eat--a staple, if you will.
Don't know about the bell peppers and corn, though. That sounds like some clueless person's attempt at making "mexican" food.

              Chili with beans I hope.

I have fond memories of eating 'arrachera' tacos the size of rugby balls at a small eatery opposite the bus station in Juchitan, Oaxaca. It was a Saturday evening treat... and washed down with a few cheap Coronas made for a great night out.

Better question would be "who doesn't like Mexican food". It's #2 next to Thai food here in Seattle.

But yeah, no clue about "with all beans and corn and bell peppers". I think that's down to the language barrier Manarak. Leave that bit of nonsense out and I think most of us will say "I do!"

Arroz con mariscos (rice with shrimp and mushrooms in a red sauce) is my favorite, second to chorizo burritos with rice and beans.

Maybe I have been burned by the guys who wanted me to taste "maxican food" (what they told me was mexican food anyway).
We went twice and it was terrible. After all your comments I'll give it another try, this time hopefully without bell peppers and corn, FFS!

I'm certainly no connoisseur on Mexican food however, the Blue Parrot in Pattayland (near Penthouse) is a weekly destination for dinner while I'm based in Pattaya.
My usual order is a super burrito washed down with a blue margaritta.

The Blue Parrot is not too bad for a Mexican food fix while in Pattaya...The beef taco is usually my choice...

The place in Bkk on Sukhumvit across from Robinsons next to Times Square...called Sunshine or Sunset or Sun something Tacos and owned by a Brit is not too bad either...There is sit-down or take-out across from one another...

I'd rather raid the freezer at Villa of it's 'Banquet' ready meals!

They also have some tasty Mexican treats in the fridge section now too. Next to the other foreign stuff

There's a kick-ass place in the Chicago suburbs called Las Palmas that's pretty excellent. I brought Marla there when she was here last year. If I'm in the mood for something cheaper and quicker, though, there's usually a Chipotle pretty close by. Chipotle is great for fast food. High quality, great and fresh ingredients, decent price...
