Ballad of a thin man springs to mind, Golden Earing made an album of mostly Dylan covers, called 'love sweat', very hard to get these days. but to was a great album.

I like Leonard Cohen...and saw him in November in Germany...
but after....

I think Cohen's best album was The Future. Quentin Tarantino is apparently a Cohen fan too, since a couple of his songs are in QT's movie soundtracks.(mirimark @ May 06 2009,19:39) after watching it, I still don't know him nor ever heard of him.
However, his lyrics are quite impressive.
I really Like him. Makes me want to go buy his CD's.
