        Such noble sentiment....

This is what the thread needs, a good dose of political correctness, arguably the very reason why the UK is in the state it currently enjoys.

Funny thing about hate, it s the exact same emotion as love with a 180 degree different point of view.

I cannot speak for tim1212, he certainly sounds sincere, but for such intellectual dishonesty from bigmick, I am bemused.

Surprised - not for a second, he epsouses values that put mine to shame, but let me offer a scenario that he would find challenging -

Say someone really hurt Cindy, a very nasty attack, blinded her, paralysed her, you get my drift.

        Would bigmick want to

        a) pound his fists & bang his head & say "why, why, why?"

        b) reassure her everything will be all jolly hockeysticks & he will get her the best wheelchair

or c) find the bastard & BREAK HIS FUCKING NECK

I think we can all relate to C & can understand that even good men have their breaking point.

This is all relevant to this thread, there are many British who hate what has happened to the UK. I meet many of them here in Australia, they were fed up to the point that they migrated.

Is the BNP the answer? Probably not but their very existence is pivotal to ever get any change to the status quo. When they start attracting main stream support despite being considered an extreme solution, the major parties will be forced to act.

Then the nice folks of the world can carry on "not hating anyone" & Stogie & others can get back to stuff that really matters......Big Bashes & fajita dinners...
Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

        • See the crazy Labour plan today in the news. To get a GOVT contract you will have to have some affirmative action plan to employ ethnic minorities...in other words the white guy is thrown out out while some half wit imbecile gets the job ..
Talk about breed hatred, its this shit that gest up peoples noses

Also i still dont see the promised vote from Labour on the EU. So much for Democracy then ... the majority have there way eh!...

nice bit of fear-mongering P. Microsoft would be so very proud

I really do think life gives options other than the narrow band of three you offer. You sound like the pollsters who ask questions like "Which would you rather murder - a nun or a baby" and then announce that 67% of people would kill a nun if they had the chance

I won't dignify your the rest of your ramblings with a response - I will go elsewhere for condescension

              • I am sorry, really sorry, you missed my point. I did dream up an extreme fantasy to challenge the idea that you "cannot hate anyone".

I regret mentioning Cindy, it was a low blow that with hindsight I should have left alone. And of course the A B & C were not intended as real life options.

As for my "rambling", I know this entire subject has upset you from the beginning.

I am also upset with the situation the UK finds itself in, the Bank of England is printing money at a never-before-seen rate with which it is buying its own debt.

In other words, economically the UK is a failed state, with worse to come. Soon it will be necessary to go cap-in-hand to the IMF for a bail-out loan.

How is that for an endorsement of the current governments policies?

The opposition parties will seize on this & Gordon Brown & the Labour Party's fate will be sealed.

Now while most here agree that the BNP are a bunch of ugly thugs, the fact that I have raised the danger of an electoral back lash that may play into their hands, in no way at all should that be interpreted as my endorserment of them.

Just like in no way should my previous post be taken literally as a personal attack. I know you too well to start patronising you. I do see how you would be offended, believe me, that wasn't my intention.

Please do. This 'cut and paste' crap has just ruined the thread and I'll delete the last two posts when your new thread has been started or in the next hour or so!

                            • education? You talk about the Tuath De Dannan (non-human and demigods I believe you said) as if they were historical fact

You're not the only person who is aware of Irish "Mythology" and foundation myths

                              • Now calm down there Mick

Even the Christian manuscripts admit the non-human nature of the Tuatha de Danaan. The scribes had to lean over backward to avoid blasphemous terms like demigods to describe the Tuatha de Danaan.
