      Having worked as a male model, I know too well the benefits of a fantastic workout schedule.

      I exercise 4 days a week at the gym. I usually go one hour of cardio, 30 mins weight training, 30 mins core blasting, and 15 or so mins of swimming.

      I'm 6'4" and a muscular 215 lbs.
