Back 9 days and still suffering from jet lag. Left Bangkok on the 16th at 1200 arrived LAX around 1500 got thru customs and down to Southwest Airlines and was informed your flight will be a little late, a little late bacame 2 hours.
Left LAX at 1900 and arrived home at 2100. Went home took a shower and grabbed a bit to eat. Kind of decompressed a bit and then off to work at 2300. I work rotating shifts and the mid-night shift was up upon return.
Part of the problem was the immediate return to mid-night shift.
How do you guys deal with Jet Lag any thing that works for you. There is a lot of advice out there from so called experts but it all seems to be more hype than any thing else.
