I don't want to spoil the ending for those who haven't watched it yet but I would like to get the opinions of others once you have seen it.
My opinion is...............
It's good to King........no matter what the pay
Courage is being scared to death__and saddling up anyway
Billy Jaffe, Radio Voice of the Thrashers:
”I have absolutely No problem with Ohio State. It has a beautiful campus, and for a Junior College it has really great Academics.”
"Gentlemen and ladies, 'Those Who Stay Will Be Champions' is for you too. It's for every Michigan fan that's out there. When the going gets tough, you don't cut and run. It's not the Michigan way. If I heard it once from the old man, I heard it a thousand times -- when the going gets tough you find out who your real friends are, and that's why we must stay. Because there will be championships, and this staff and these kids will bring those championships here."
I am telling you, you should watch "The Wire". It's based on David Simon's book "Homicide" and is one of the most complex and well-written shows in the history of television.
I think Gary Shandling's show was on Showtime... oh wait, unless you mean the one where he was a TV host. The old one where he talked to the screen was on Showtime. I used to stay up late as a kid to try to watch porn on Showtime and that would usually be the last real show on.
This is the theme to Gary's show
The opening theme to Gary's show
Gary called me up and asked if I would write his theme song
We're almost to the part, of where I start to whistle
Then we'll watch "It's Gary Shandling's Show"...
Never watched a single episode of the Sopranos. I know Stogie and I would get along. We should get together sometime and not watch something.

One thing we agree on at least. "Homicide , life on the streets" is the best tv show ever made and "Wire" not far behind.
I will watch last Sopranos tonight. Poor Paulie , i think.
No way Tony will be wacked as i read they are making a motion picture.
Gary Shandling is an old hero. I remember him on Letterman right after OJ Simson was arrested after that crazy televised ride on the freeway in the white Bronco with Al Sharpton driving, Gary was hilarious .
" You know, Dave, when sit in that Bronco heading to Mexico, i want you to be the driver".
No cable, I get cable about every two years to watch the European cup since it is only shown on pay-per-view. Could care less about sopranos or 6 feet under.
Sopranos sounds silly but that 6 Foot Under is horrible. I have seen that! Loudest kissing on TV... sounds like a duck squelching in the mud every time those actors kiss with those ridiculos sound effects.

I think that was Al Cowlings driving, not Al Sharpton.
Season 6 finale ends with Boss Sopranos at a dinner table with his wife, son, and daughter. One assassin comes in and sits at far end of dinner a few minutes later another goes to the bathroom. Shortly thereafter you hear the bells at the diner entrance door ring, Soprano looks up and the screen goes black -- credits roll -- that's it.
At first was a little disappointed -- then I said oh well probably the best ending to the series -- it allows one to draw their own conclusion. Was Soprano saved by whoever rung the entrance bell upon entering? Was he shot in the back of the head by the assassin exiting the bathroom with a pre-planted gun (ala Godfather)?
