You CAN get HIV from being a top. During sex microscopic tears do happen on your penis and it will allow the virus to transmit.

If this were a personal action, I would completely agree. We have no right to comment.

However, the whole point here, and I am amazed how some people just don't get it, is that when you have unprotected sex with someone, you increase MY risk of getting infected. It is a private action which has public consequences.

Finally, commenting on getting tested, as we all now, is completely pointless. You can test at 8 AM and be ok, and at 9 AM you are infected. It means nothing unless you have abstained from sex a few months before testing, and have abstained since testing, and somehow, I hardly think that is the case.
