I have never waited for nor asked that question. When I am ready for sex, I pull out my condom, 100% of the time. I don't ask the girl "is it ok without?". By your thread, I am assuming you do do that, i.e., try to have unprotected sex, and wait for the girl to say no.

If so, you're comments seem quite hypocritical.

I did not see the Billy bareback comments, however, I do think, and always will, that people who do bareback sex are, first, immoral spreaders of diseases, and second, most certainly should not comment on other people who have HIV and continue sex, or for that matter, make any comment about safe sex at all, as you have no personal credibilty. [And Billy, sorry if I'm wrong here. Equally if you do go bareback, I am not sorry.]

I have never experienced girls 'insisting' on unprotected sex. But I have from my own experience found that 25-30% of girls will not question if you have a condom prior to sex.
Thailand has a reasonably good record on sex education but it's not infalible.

Any picture I have seen posted by Billy69 he is wearing a condom.  OK they are frequently difficult to distinguish but they are definetely there.
I have never seen Billy advocate any form of bareback sex on this forum either  -  show me the link and I will eat humble pie.

I have received what I consider a valid complaint about the tone of some of the comments made in this thread.

I have followed this whole thread and personally I don't care whether those involved think this thread is real or not.

If I see any more comments in the same vein as those after post 100  -  yes I have purposely left it a very wide spread -  I will hapilly use (or abuse!)  my rights as a moderator!

SB, you're being disingenuous. Of course Billy has nobody to answer to but himself with how we conducts himself with LB's (or anybody else for that matter) but photos on the site fucking without a condom represents, in some small way and however indirectly, that behaviour being condoned.

I know we are all consenting adults but there are plenty of stupid people out there who see these shots as erotic and thus more exciting than those without condoms.
