Well, I too think it's a boy, with no relationship to a Ladyboy. However, a Ladyboy is a psychological condition, not a physical one. It is often accompanied by a physical change, but that is not necessary. Did you watch Normal? That perhaps is a good example of separation of mental and physical. So, we are judging this person's psychology by painting her/him a boy (vs Ladyboy); which, I suppose, is really not right.
