In response to Mr El-hefe€™s Post #78 he is telling the truth.

I was in Isulan at the time, 29 December 2008 (where my family lives) it was Christmas vacation €“ I actually study at college in Davao and the site was http://www.dateinasia.com/

My sponsor (late friend€™s daughter) pressed me to go onto dating sites encouraging me (as she still is doing) to try and find a guy.

The previous year (29 December 2007) at this time I had been packing to go to Manila and then Thailand to be with my friend.

I was really sad, some girlfriends (Ladyboys) had taken me out and we had had a few drinks (very few, I don€™t drink really) and it was wet, cold and miserable.

We were thinking of a very cold place that time as it was raining when we talked to Mr. El_hef.

Someone came up with Switzerland because it is cold but I thought of it because by late friend had an apartment there.

I did not type everything, some of my friends typed some of the stuff on that night.

By 16th January I was back in Davao and I wrote the reply.

So yes, that which Mr El-Hefe has written is 100% correct €“ but maybe he should now post all of the correspondence, particularly whatever I said prior to his response:
€œWell it sounds like you have some interesting story.... I hope you are doing ok? I think you're very brave & honest. Cheers,€
I am beginning to realise and see that whatever I say appears to do no good €“ and I now do think I was badly advised to post on this Forum (and my sponsor wishes she never suggested I posted here, too).
But if I stop posting I will be labelled a fraud who ran off scared and if I continue to post I€™ll continued to be called a liar and a scammer.

I€™ll take advice from anyone via PM€™s or Posts please €“ Do I continue or withdraw?

        One or two further thoughts:

Let there be no mistake, I have written to guys before; guys who responded to my details on Dragoncastle for instance.

That was how I met my late gentleman friend.

So yes, I have written to guys €“ I have also had MSN & Yahoo chats with men €“ but I have never indulged in sex-on-camera or met anyone other than the guy who passed away.

I am writing to guys currently €“ I am going to be answering PMs received from this posting €“ Is that a criminal offence?

Do you have to be a €œscammer€ to want to meet a guy?

Don€™t you think being transgendered is difficult enough? Particularly in a country where there are no same sex-marriages and homosexuality is preached against by the church (OK, so is birth control, but those preachings are thankfully, mainly ignored).

Yes, I would like to get out of the Philippines and earn money in a legitimate profession (Accountancy) in order to better my life and the life of my family.

To achieve that I was advised to post here as well as on dating sites, yet a number of you persist in knocking me and question my motives.

If I write any more someone will post €œMethinks thou doest protest too much€ €“ but I am getting more than a little riled by the attitudes expressed by a few of you €“ but I do thank those who have offered words of kindness and compassion €“ and spoken sense!

(Ruffa @ Aug. 18 2009,23:02) Do you have to be a “scammer” to want to meet a guy?
Of course not. And people should be able to accept other people's word. It's called trust.

Quite a few here don't know much about trust, perhaps because they can't be trusted themselves. They couldn't handle a LTR coz they'd be hanging to do the next lb that comes around the corner.

And then they think that all lbs are scammers because they got scammed and lied to. Well, karma draws people together for good reasons, they deserve each other.

This isn't the place for you Ruffa, though there are some good guys here. The doubts around here are like a cancer that will kill good relationships. It serves it's function to stimulate hedonistic needs, little else.

          Good luck to you.

OK, who writes under the user "Ruffa"?
            Time to out yourself.
After how much years of studying English without ever visiting other countries than the PI or Thailand, is someone able to write pull such a phrase at the age of 22?

Thou hast taken ye olde english lesson thrice?

            P.S.
and don't forget the nude pix with the cock, thx!

Yes, a cock pic would be lovely.

Seriously, Ruffa, if you are authentic, although ang ganda mo, I would say this is probably the wrong place to meet a guy of your specifications.  Can I be frank? We hang out here to exchange trip reports, pics, tidbits about bars and various LBs. Most of us here enjoy sex as a recreation, not a means to an ends.  So when we see a picture of little Cartoon having a great time pounding some falong, that is right up our alley.   Or we follow the travels of Mr Juri down the road of never-ending sex with nameless ladyboys.    It's fun for us (well, for me at least) to participate in this hobby.  Most of us have enough serious stuff happening in our real life that we cannot be bothered to take this hobby too seriously.

Sex should be fun - you tried it much? When you don't attach it to some serious emotional committment, it is even more fun! If I wanted to fall in love, I would like not do it with someone I met here (although TTChang is very sexy).

So good luck and mga yakap!

                    • Ruffa, thanks for explaining about how you accessed the internet - that does explain the difference in the IP addresses - likely the internet cafe was using a proxy or a VPN to avoid censorship - by the way according to a a couple of IP address tracing sites I've used, it showed Manchester UK!

As for the English - I would suggest that you stop asking your sponsor to help you with the English and post on your own - this was something else that caused increased doubt about your posts.  Even some native English speakers on this forum cannot produce English as good as yours so far.

Eyemahk has given you pretty good advice about what this site is about. It may be possible for you to get some positive responses from some board members here that are not only about sex, but that is not the main focus of this forum.

It is your decision whether or not to keep posting. Whatever choice you make, I wish you all the best for your future!

                            • Ruffa you have had some good advice in the last few posts. However IMO your biggest mistake is trying to find a long-term partner whether through a dating sight or through here. Eyemahk pretty much summed it up. I don€™t believe in dating sites unless one uses them for friendship or casual relationships. Too many times €œthee relationship€ is paramount rather than the feeling and wants of the two individuals.

To me it seems the prime motive for you wanting a relationship is to get out of Philippines and peruse your education. Albeit with someone you will eventually love. But already you have put conditions on the relationship.

My advice to you and your sponsor is to finish your degree. That should be your ultimate aim. Then you can look at trying to work overseas or at least a better paying job in the Philippines.

Me too. That does not surpise me in the slightest .....look at the posts of Statuesque and Laputanegra...not far off perfect English.

And Naang Fa does not bad in English for a scouser!

I am one of the biggest realists here, and I think she is for real.
