A lot of my clients are Filipino nationals...so your assumption is incorrect.

Again, my statement was not that ladyboys couldnt get a visa its that it is EXTREMELY difficult for ANY Filipino to get a legitimate tourist visa to the United States. You need extensive documents showing high end wealth and/or direct relatives willing to document and verify the tourist arriving and leaving.

Over 1 million Filipinos have overstayed their tourist visa and live illegally in the USA. Why would I not trust their intentions?

I have been travelling and doing business in the Philippines for 21 years and have seen a variety of individuals get tourist visas legally. Don't assume that every filipino who travels to the US does so illegally. It sounds like you have little experience with filipinos...maybe your clients are all Mexican nationals?

well fortunately brocklanders, i think its now time to break up that record that US immigration is no longer that tight to filipinos knowing that most of the people i knew got their visas and some are already there including my parents who has 10 years multiple entry... they have tourist visas and my mom was there last year and WE DO IT LEGALLY. i belong to a middle class family and both of my parents belongs to a very poor family before.... there is no reason at all we can pay under the table to the US immigration especially to those filipinos who are working in the US embassy....
