Unbelievable... I've lusted after georgina since I came across her page last year.... I'm not sure if she blew off my "become my friend" smilie.... or I never actually sent one until the one I sent yesterday to her....  
And now I'm leaving NYC for LOS on Oct 18!  
She looks really great in her pics.  

....Ahem... & Anja you look quite wonderful yourself, didn't mean to slight you at all, but your friend georgina has a look that really appeals to me somehow & if you want to tell her that an old guy like me is stupid with lust for her & can save her a lot of $$$$ on hotel bills in NYC .....

Your are confused as usual donnnnnny the one on her left is the one with the green shirt. The one on her right is georgina. Notice the wording in my original question

Wow, a Filipino ladyboy with a tourist visa?   As rare as a white tiger.  Either she paid someone off at the US embassy who is a Filipino national(maybe relative), has a wealthy family or put in fraudulent documents that she is a woman.

Unless you have seen the multiple entry visa in her passport up close, I would take what she says with a grain of salt.

wow that is below the belt............ meaning to say, we dont stand a chance going to the USA as a FILIPINA LADYBOY? as tourist? well, im sorry honey but there are almost hundreds of FILIPINA LADYBOYS already in CALIFORNIA and in chicago working there professionally and also as immigrant and did NOT PAY someone from the US EMBASSY just to go there!!!!

Anja, I am an American immigration lawyer....its nearly impossible for Filipinos to get tourist visas unless their family is extremely wealthy or they have parents in the USA that file papers on their behalf. It is even more difficult for ladyboys as their is inherent prejudice against them by local Filipinos and Americans working at the embassy. These are the facts.

Now if they obtained a working visa based upon the fact that they are a nurse...thats something different. If they are working, they are not there on a tourist visa or are doing it illegally.

You cannot just get a tourist visa as a Filipino unless can demonstrate a reason to return these days and that means extreme wealth or influential family. 1 million illegal alien Filipnos who stayed in the USA after getting a tourist visa and not returning....thats the reason.

Sorry to get off topic but I would be suprised if your friend has a tourist visa unless she has a fraudulent passport which says she is a female and was able to get their on a fraudulent marriage visa.

As an example, I know wealthy Chinese Filipinos who own business' and multiple homes in the Philippines that cant get tourist visas.

brocklanders...you may be an immigration lawyer but it is not impossible for filipino gays or transgenders to get a visa legally. I have been travelling and doing business in the Philippines for 21 years and have seen a variety of individuals get tourist visas legally. Don't assume that every filipino who travels to the US does so illegally. It sounds like you have little experience with filipinos...maybe your clients are all Mexican nationals?
