I've never seen an African ladyboy in Thailand myself but I've heard there are more and more African ladies in Pattaya and Bangkok.
There is some black Thais but they aren't from Africa.

She used to work at Cascades but she is not African. She is Thai but is very dark with nappy hair.
She's the most african looking ladyboy I've seen in Thailand ever.
Though I did just read about someone seeing some African ladyboys working near Nana recently.
