You can find the in front of Novotel sukhumvit 4 and across the street. Nana Plaza is on the same street. They charge higher prices. Never saw an African ladyboy in Bangkok or Pattaya. In Canada and the US if you say black it is pretty much means African. Jamaicans are black but also of African descent.
Most people haven't seen that many black Thai persons unless they travel to the Thailand country side. Thais that come to Canada will never turn black.
I know I am mainly talking about color, not specifically race.
I was just not clear why people travel all the way to Bangkok for Thai ladyboys then go hunting for African ones on the street.
