Pictures were taken in the dark. On8 Hotel has poor lighting, small rooms, but excellent location at the corner of Soi 8 and Sukhumvit Bangkok. Nice lower prices for what is a brand new small boutique hotel. Aim for this hotel if you're a first visitor. In front is the escalator to the Skytrain. Or turn right to walk only one block to Nana Plaza. Turn right to visit Thermae, Terminal 21, shopping center, and Asoke area where there's an undergroung train to Chatuchak Flea Market. What a great first trip to Bangkok. Fantastic shopping, sightseeing, temples, colorful people at work, some selling food from cute little wheeled kiosks, and much more. On with the show.
